Plain-language summary of how SignalCortex handles telemetry, tenant data, and account information.
Tenant isolation
Every record carries a tenant_id. Every query is scoped
to the calling tenant. Cross-tenant access is structurally prevented
by ABAC enforcement in the API and MCP layers.
What we collect
- Telemetry you send via OTLP (logs, traces, metrics, evaluations, reasoning steps).
- Account information for authenticated users (email, organization, persona group).
- Operational logs from the SignalCortex platform itself, scoped to your tenant.
Retention
Default retention is 30 days for ingested telemetry. Enterprise plans support longer retention and data residency controls.
PII handling
The ingest pipeline applies configurable PII redaction to telemetry payloads. We do not log API keys, secrets, or bearer tokens.
